For hosted data stored on our servers: A client organisation’s files, databases and email that are hosted on membes servers remain the property of the client organisation. This information is only accessed for troubleshooting purposes at the request of the client organisation or to comply with our obligations under the License Agreement with the client organisation.
Data retention
How long we retain your Personal Data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Data breach
In the event of a suspected or known data breach membes will notify the client by telephone as soon as it becomes aware of the known or suspected data breach; and will confirm the details by written notice to the client as soon as reasonably practicable.
