We had previously been using Salesforce which was a really challenging system as it is not tailor-made for associations. We separated from our parent company and therefore needed to find an alternate AMS. We wanted something that would better integrate the systems that we were using.
There have been many improvements to the way we work since implementing Membes. As soon as the system was live, we were seeing results. Some of the key benefits include:
We changed our renewal cycle to annual instead of anniversary which has created many efficiencies and it was very easy to do this with Membes. We have seen great member retention in our latest renewal cycle (currently 86%).
The fact that members now have a login to our website where they can manage their own profiles has also been beneficial, saving administration time for the team. This means we can house a lot of member benefits on our website for members to access themselves.
