LEAD Professional Development Association Incorporated (LEAD) has been using the Membes Association Management System since October 2018. Jagvir Singh, Operations Manager at LEAD shares below how the Membes system helps them accurately filter data and plan their events.
Given the nature of work LEAD do, working with people in Western Sydney providing professional development and training opportunities; it is critical we are able to properly manage our data. Our previous database had very limited features which did not allow us to filter data which led to multiple records for one member in the system making our reports inaccurate.
Membes has helped us to develop a consistent relationship with our members and made managing our database much easier. It also provides greater insights about event registrations, makes the organising process easier and simplifies fee collection. These things were difficult in our old database as it was an events tool only and all membership data needed to be manually entered.
