  • up to 3 hours personalised training.  

Membes Guided

A great option for those who wish to set up Membes AMS themselves but want expert guidance in aligning the processes of their association with the Membes AMS configuration options. Along with your Membes AMS, this package offers: 

  • a structured program of 10 one-hour sessions facilitated by a Membes product expert. 

Membes Assisted

Associations that are stretched for time and resources, especially technical skills, may want the confidence that comes with having an expert play a greater role in the implementation of Membes AMS.  The Assisted package provides peace of mind with more hands-on support from an expert who has deep knowledge of association processes and the Membes AMS.  

 Helping customers to take advantage of more of the features and opportunities available through Membes, means greater efficiencies, higher member value and ultimately a better return on investment. Along with your Membes AMS, this package offers: 

  •  a structured program of 10 one-hour sessions facilitated by a Membes product expert 
  • 20 hours of hands-on set up assistance by a Membes product expert 
  • access to a Setup Success Manager to monitor progress at key implementation points.
